After using numerous social bookmarking websites myself and frequently taking advantage of the Yahoo! Developer Search Suggestion API I wondered if "suggestions" could be gleaned from the large volume of tag data that everyone participating in the act of social bookmarking are creating. This initial question is what motivated me to create the Tag Patterns website.
To accomplish our goal I've had to create a few formulas which are represented by the various query options on the Tag Query page.
